“12 foods you should eat every day”

“What have you eaten so far today? No doubt there are some good foods in there, and some bad ones too. But there are some foods that you should try and eat as much as possible, every day if you can, if you really want to give your health a long-lasting boost.”

  • Spinach – “Popeye wasn’t lying”, “fight the ageing process
  • Walnuts
  • Bananas
  • Olive oil
